ABOUT GAIRC

The Global AI Research Council (GAIRC) is a strategic extension of the American Chamber of Research (ACR), designed specifically to govern the ethical and technical standards of Artificial Intelligence. While the ACR covers all research, the GAIRC focuses on the “Intelligence Layer”—ensuring that AI-driven research is auditable, scalable, and safe.

Organizational Structure

The GAIRC operates as a decentralized, multidisciplinary body to prevent “siloed” thinking. It is structured into four primary divisions:

1. The Secretariat of Standards

This is the administrative heart of the Council. It manages the Global AI Fellowship (GAIF) and oversees the accreditation of university labs. They are the keepers of the “Rubric” that defines what constitutes an “Industrial-Grade” AI.

2. The Technical Vetting Board (The Architects)

Composed of senior AI scientists and Distinguished Fellows, this board performs deep-level code and architecture audits for high-level award candidates. They focus on:
